OUR NICU WARD:

Our Neonatal Intensive care Unit is a Thirty five-bed capacity. It is a specialized intensive care unit of the neonates.
NICU provides care to Neonates with life threatening conditions.
We have very committed members of staff and a very good teamwork. Patients are often our priority.
Our Neonatal Intensive care unit is highly equipped with modern equipment and patients receive at most care as soon as they reach the department with no delay. Our Neonatal intensive care unit offers highly specialized care to Neonates. We also care for our dear attendants and relatives for we know that them too are psychologically uncomfortable. The unit operates 24 hours.

Currently, we are able to run Echo-cardiogram thus reducing the referrals out of Neonates to far facilities

During the follow-up visits to our clients, a success story was told by one hospital client, a mother who had come to our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with the child that was born at a gestation age of  5 months. This baby boy was cared for in  our Kagando Hospital  Neonatal Intensive care Unit for over 3 months and was later discharged while healthy and doing well. The nurses continued to make follow-ups on the care of this child until now when the child has grown up to the age of 6 years. We give thanks to God who has always enabled us succeed and make such miracles happen for the world to understand His great Power and Love.
