Eye Clinic

The Eye Department at Kagando Hospital is among the most outstanding ones, offering high quality professional diagnosis and treatment of common eye diseases to its clientele. This is due to the highly trained and experienced staff, coupled with the availability of modern equipment. The Department has come a long way, and has been assisted by Friends of Kagando from UK. The Kagando hospital eye clinic is one of best-specialized clinics in the region. It has been in existence and operation since 1982. It is a center of excellence for eye care in Uganda performing  eye surgeries  and daily eye clinic . Our goal is to provide accessible, affordable, patient-centred eye care and to prevent avoidable visual impairment and blindness through early detection, appropriate treatment, rehabilitation, and community-based eye health services.
